The Story Of The Parched

It revolves around three women namely Rani, Lazzo or Bijli. Rani is a widow and she wishes to do a marriage of his young son. But the problem is that she made her son to marriage with a girl who does not go along with the expectation of his son. As per him, the girl is not as same as he dreamed. Parched Movie Review

On the other hand, Lazzo’s husband holds a notion that his wife cannot be pregnant as she has some health issues. He never tries to understand that males are equally responsible to birth a baby. And the third one is Bijli who is a fiery dancer and a prostitute and indulged in this field to make money. Performance Of The Actresses

  • Tanishtha Chatterjee – As Rani, she did a great job. Saying would not be wrong that she put all efforts to make the audience get connected with this character. Parched Movie Review
  • Radhika Apte – She also gets into the skin of her character as a Lajjo. The great things is that she does not feel uncomfortable even when she play intimate scenes. Saying would not be wrong that she did not leave any stone to add life to her character. Parched Movie Review

Apart from the three, Riddhi Sen, Leher Khan, Sumeer Vyaas and Chandan Anand did a great job.

What About Direction and Music 

There is no doubt that it comes along with a great content. There are many things in this film, you will on the silver screen which you have been hearing about them surrounding you. Saying would not be wrong that it is Bollywood brings various kind of things happening in our society but it is being neglected as well. After Pink, it will also touch your heart and make you realise that the situation of women has not changed yet.
